We successfully performed first “Cone repair” procedure in 5-year-old boy from Surkhandarya in our center. Patient was diagnosed with Ebstein Anomaly (type A) and PA stenosis (pressure gradient 46 mmHg) and discharged from hospital in 6th day of operation in good condition (without TV regurgutation). This procedure introduced by Brazilian cardiac surgeon Da Silva in 2004, and now are performed only in several developed cardiac centers in the world. This was a big step up for our team.
